From the first conversation through to the finish of our build we felt that Tom kept us up to date on a daily basis. This gave us the control that we felt comfortable with. Thank you for doing a fabulous job on our one storey extension (Feb to April 2013). Tom and his associates were always on time, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Tom and his associates were very clean tidying up after themselves every day, working late when needed to get the job done and weekends too. Tom kept us informed every day updating us on his progress and any snags. From start to finish Tom managed the project from recommending an architect to arranging the building work inspections. He went that extra mile to ensure the brick work pattern on the extension matched the bricks on the main part of the house. Since the extension has been built we have had a couple of minor leaks after heavy rainfall from the flat roof and he always responded quickly to resolve the problem. We are happy to say that the flat roof is now fine! Tom has also done some other small works on the property including raising a floor, replacing a floor to ceiling window with a window and supporting wall, replacing lead flashing on the chimney. We are so pleased with the standard of his work that we hope to use his services again to convert the garage later this year.
