Our project included installation of UPVC unit to our home, building a patio and putting in drainage, to relieve excess surface water in the garden. When Tom visited us to provide a quotation he listened carefully and gave us some very helpful advice on both design and materials. Once everything was agreed the work began and finished on schedule, with a minimum amount of disruption to our daily lives. We believe the work has been completed to a high standard of workmanship and we are delighted that our project, although not large, has proven very successful and we would certainly use Tom Dearsley Builders in the future.

Tom was recommended to us by another local builder to consider for the task of building a single storey extension on our house. Have to say that we couldn't have been happier with his professionalism, attitude, attention to detail and work ethic. Tom & his team committed to the project and worked tirelessly until completion with no fuss, as little disruption as possible and leaving the property clean and tidy at the end of each day. They kept to the price quoted and also to the timeframe quoted. During the works we decided to ask Tom to pave and landscape our garden as well. This was no problem for Tom and he willingly took on this work whilst doing the extension. We are so pleased with the end results, amazing!
